Used to shop here all the time when I was a manager at a nearby plant. The employees were usually helpful and professional. We did have a problem once with a guy who had a bad attitude. Management took care of it without me are any of my staff having to complain formally.

Amazing staff. I drove here with a bad battery and a bad starter and a few employees came out in the bitter cold to try to help me. My favorite employee Lee was super helpful and kept me in good spirits. After getting the new battery in and after a good amount of time Frank got my car turned over so I good get it to a mechanic without a tow. Hands down best experience I have ever had at an auto parts store.
